We will ship your goods no later than 1 – 2 working days of receipt of your order (though often orders made before 2pm BST will ship the same day), however at particularly busy times of the year it may take longer.
We will make every effort to deliver your goods within the time stated on our website but we will not be liable for any loss caused to you by late delivery.
If you refuse a delivery without prior consent from us, you will be liable for the return delivery costs.
If we are unable to deliver your order due to inadequate delivery information or you do not take delivery of your order we may cancel the order and retain the products. In this case you will be liable for the delivery charge and any surcharge incurred by us as a result. We will refund the cost of the items on the order.
If you do not receive your goods within the stated delivery period please contact us via the online contact form (or by email) and we will contact the relevant shipping agent. Alternatively if applicable we will give you your consignment number for you to use an on-line tracking system to monitor your delivery.
Goods must be returned within 30 days of your receiving them.
They must be returned in their original (re-saleable) condition with original tags afixed and must be accompanied with the receipt.
You will be responsible for the goods until they reach us; we are not liable for any returns that are lost or delayed in the post back to us, so it is our recommendation that you use a secure delivery method which requires a signature on delivery.
When returning an item, always ask for a Proof of Posting. Please note that if you fail to take reasonable care of the goods, GP-NET reserves the right to refuse the return.
If you return goods to us in their original condition within 30 days we will refund you for the full amount paid for the goods, within 30 days of the goods arriving with us. You will be responsible for the return postage costs.
If you return goods to us which you have received by mistake or any other reason which is deemed to be our fault, within 30 days, we will refund all payments made to us and also pay for the return postage. In this instance make sure you contact us via the online contact form and we will advise you how you should send the goods to us.
If there is a fault with the item you've received, we'll refund your return postage up to the postage cost on your original order. If you're in the UK and you got free delivery with your order, we'll advise on the return postage method and will refund your postage based on that recommendation. It's always helpful, though not required, if you can email us a picture of your postage receipt from the post office (in rare cases we may request this, for example when the return item was part of a much larger order and thus return postage will be a fraction of the original postage paid).
