Clearance Items & Product Grading
Clearance Items
Clearance items are either new products reduced to clear, or are graded products in excellent condition but which cannot be sold as new. The different grades are outlined below, and each graded item will have a detailed description of its condition on the product page.
Clearance Product Grades Explained
- New:
New products with tags reduced to clear. - Grade 0 (new):
These products are new and unused but do not have their original tags and/or packaging (generally samples, ex-display or items that never had commercial packaging - this will be stated on the item's product page). - Grade 1 (minimal indoor use or signs of storage):
These items will not have been used outdoors but may show some signs of indoor use such as creasing or scuff marks.
This grade includes new items that show signs of long term storage. - Grade 2 (minimal outdoor use only):
There may be minor signs of use and the item may have been used outdoors (this will be stated), but if so only for short periods of no more than a few days.
Grade 2 products do not have faults that would affect their performance or function.
Please note that graded clearance items are not covered by our 1 year guarantee regardless of condition or grade, but that your statutory rights are unaffected.
